- Protocol monitoring and assessment by a Male physician
- Direct-to-home (or office) delivery of you monthly supply of required product
- Quarterly at home (or office) lab services
- Quarterly review meeting with Male physician to discuss progress and review of lab results.
Please note: Monthly plan will renew automatically each month until terminated.
