Included in your Testosterone Replacement Therapy Monthly Plan:
- Protocol monitoring and assessment by a Male physician.
- Direct-to-home (or office) delivery of you monthly supply of required treatment plan.
- Quarterly at home (or office) lab services.
- Ongoing review meetings with Male physician to discuss progress and review of lab results.
Please note: Monthly plan will be automatically billed until the Protocol is completed or cancelled.
